If you spend a lot of time in the saddle or sitting in front of a computer at a desk, your muscles will tighten over time causing aches and pains. It's important to balance that seated position with plenty of stretching and strength work!
During this hour long class taught by certified trainer Daina Behe , a combination of traditional mat Pilates moves along with barre and yoga based stretches will be utilized to improve your posture, relieve aches and strengthen your core. Daina is an avid equestrian and believes that improving your personal fitness will help improve your horse's fitness through better balance and connection.
This Pliates fusion class is perfect for absolute beginners through advanced. Modifications will be given for all moves as necessary.
